2. Order Confirmation

Order confirmation goes immediately once we receive the payment. But if in case of delay, then the maximum turnaround time to send a confirmation is within 3-hours.

3. Order Processing

Most orders are processed immediately after the order confirmation. The same shall send to the shipping department for shipping and the confirmation will happen in 1-3 Days. But order delivery times vary based on many factors, such as shipping destination, and the size of the order placed.

4. Urgent or Emergency Processing

Orders placed via our Next Day Air or Second Day Air delivery service will be treated as urgent and will be given priority to make it ready and deliver at the earliest. Our warehouse team will make every effort to process and ship your order within 24 hours depending on the available inventory. Urgent and emergency requests are advised to take personal follow-up via email and call to not miss the timelines. All the iron and metal orders are delivered via road and train and in trucks. We are well equipped with the transport services irrespective of quantity or weight and have many options available to deliver just what you need regardless of size. 5. Worldwide Delivery

As we work with one of the finest logistic partners like UPS, FedEx Air, Ocean Freight, USPS, or DHL worldwide services to name a few across the globe to make sure the on-time delivery of your order. But at the same time, you are also welcome to use your preferred shipping service and have them pick up from our warehouse. On top of it, we have the equipment and experience to load ocean containers and use ISPM 15 compliant packaging when required. 6. Packaging

Our ten years of experience in the iron & metal industry makes us confident to handle small and big orders without any worry of size, quantity, location and most importantly to deliver that undamaged at your doorstep and that too on-time. In the event that your package is damaged, contact our customer service canter immediately.

7. Shipment Charges & Deliveries

All the cargo and shipping fees will be charged for shipments to a customer's selected shipping address anywhere in India and Globally. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as the customer's preferred cargo carrier, or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the end customer. We will make sure all the products will be delivered on the given timeline and in well-shaped. However, the given delivery dates and transit times are estimated only and are subject to sources or carrier conditions beyond our control and are NOT GUARANTEED. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO UNLOAD ORDERS FROM THE DELIVERY CARRIER.

NOTE – Equipment for unloading and any further arrangements at the customer level is not included in the shipping charges. If required, you can place a request by paying an extra cost.

8. Split Shipments

Depending on the size and length of your order, we may split the shipment into separate packages to make sure each item is properly secured and protected.

9. Backorders

We will notify you along with an estimate of when your items will be back in stock.

10. Shipment Damages & Claims

EVERY PRODUCT IS ACCEPTED BY THE FREIGHT CARRIER IN GOOD CONDITION. The freight carrier is responsible, per the terms of the Bill of Loading, to deliver the products to you in the same good condition. Any loss of title and risk will be passed to the customer upon tender of shipment to the customer.

NOTE

(i) YOU ARE HIGHLY ADVISED TO INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY FOR QUANTITY, SHORTAGES, and DAMAGES. YOUR CONFIRMATION and SIGNATURE ON THE CARRIER DELIVERY RECEIPT INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER CORRECTLY AND UNDAMAGED UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE THAT BEFORE ACCEPTING DELIVERIES YOU MUST INSPECT AND NOTE ANY DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES ON THE DRIVER'S DELIVERY RECEIPT. NO EXCEPTIONS! DO NOT REFUSE YOUR SHIPMENT AS YOU MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REDELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER. We will work with you on the replacement of the damaged items.
(ii) Failure to note and notify damages or shortages at the time of delivery on driver’s and cargo receipt designates your acceptance of this shipment as is and waives your right to future claims. For any other event, you should notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Failure to notify us within the given time frame of 24 hours will make all future claims NULL & VOID.
(iii) In the case of damages, be sure to retain the entire outer shipping container and carton (and packing material) in which damaged goods were packed. The damaged merchandise must be in the original container when inspected by the carrier.
(iv) Shortages or errors in the shipment of orders should be noted within the given time frame of 24 hours with relevant evidence and supporting documents. We will make sure to help you with the short product.
