We believe in our customers and customer services comes at the first priority. We are well aware and understand that mistakes are made in this fast & busy world, and orders sometimes need to be cancelled or postponed. An order can only be cancelled if we haven't processed it yet. This generally happens no more than 24-hours after an order is placed. Due to the time-sensitive as well confirmation to next vendor and payment transfer nature of our trading business, we do require that requests for cancellation or postponement be handled over the phone as well as Email so that we can make ensure that your request is honored.

In order to Cancel or postponed, we need below details: -

  • Transaction ID
  • Order Date
  • # of Orders (to Cancel/Postpone)
  • Mode of Payment

    • NOTE

  • There is no Cancellation for International Orders once placed.
  • There is no Cancellations after given time frame of 24-hours once order placed.
  • No postpones & cancellation once an order is shipped

    • Cancellation Fee

    There is a $100 cancellation fees applicable when we accept the cancellations. You are advised to be certain of your order when you place it. This cancelation fee is inclusive of different charges like Payment gateway, processing fee and other mandatory services fee in this.
