All notices given by the customers to RichSteel Private Limited must be given to RichSteel at Singapur City, Kota Road, Amanaka, Near Hotel Piccadily, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India – 492 010 or be emailed at [email protected]. Same way RichSteel may give notice to the customer on either the e-mail or postal address that the customer provides to RichSteel while registering and placing the order on our website, or in any of the possible ways. Notice will be deemed to be received and properly served immediately when posted on RichSteel website, delivery of offline to your address or on your e-mail after 48 hours. 2. Agreed Dispute Resolution Process
We will try our best to resolve if occurred any within a certain time frame of 30-45 days but if any of the parties designated representatives cannot resolve the dispute within the time specified in preceding sub-section, then either of the parties may give notice to the other party, of its intention to commence arbitration, as hereinafter provided, as to the matter in dispute. No arbitration in respect of this matter may be commenced unless such notice is given. Any dispute or difference in respect of which a notice of intention to commence arbitration as above has been given, it shall be finally settled by arbitration. Both parties mutually decide a Sole Arbitrator to listen & analyze as well as to resolve the dispute but if the parties fail to come on a mutual consent of assigning a Sole Arbitrator than the same shall be appointed by the High Court of Chhattisgarh as per Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 on an application made by any of the parties for the purpose thereof. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 including any statutory modifications or re-enactment thereof and the rules made thereunder. Notwithstanding any reference of dispute or difference under this clause, the parties shall continue to perform their respective obligations under the contract unless they otherwise agree.
4. Law and Jurisdiction
The exclusive jurisdiction will be the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. This Agreement or the dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by Indian Law.
