Our return policy is very simple which is applicable in following below scenarios –
1. NOTE
It is highly advisable for all our customers that they inspect the delivered products and ensure that they are as per the description and your requirements. If found any damage or broken or not as per specifications then send the complete details to our customer care at [email protected]. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Failure to notify us within the given time frame of 48 hours will make all future claims NULL & VOID. 2. Customized Materials
Please keep it noted that any item which is customized as per customer requirement is out of any return and refund policy and it will not be returned and refunded at any cost. Once an item is custom cut, it can't be returned.
3. Non-Stock Materials
All the order which are placed on special request under non-stock category cannot be returned. We order them specially on your request & requirements and that too from third-party vendors and they work on advance payments and manage their stocks. So, any order which has to arrange specially will not be returned in any circumstances.
4. Incorrect or Damaged Materials
If we found that the orders which we deliver are faulty i.e., damaged or incorrect conditions then we will accept the returns and process the refunds. But this will only happen if our customer care team gets a notification within 48-hours after product delivery. We urge all our customers to adhere with the timeline as beyond given timelines, there will be NO Return & refund requests considered.
5. All Sales Are Final
All the orders placed on our website are final in all manners as we understand that a customer knows their requirements, urgency, quantity and quality and then only they place an order. So, we do not honor any cancellations, correction in order placed by you and that is why we suggest to be 100% sure about what you place. Authorized returns must be received in our warehouse within 10 days of original delivery and in undamaged, resaleable condition (a quality check will happen once we receive the shipment). A return received after the 10 days or in non-resaleable condition will be REFUSED and returned at your expense.
6. Refusal Of Delivery
ALL ORDERS PLACED ARE FINAL. We do not honor Shipment Delivery refusals. If you do refuse delivery of an order for any reason, you will be responsible for both actual outbound and return transport charges plus a 30% minimum restock service fee will be applicable. Once material is received by our warehouse in good condition and verified by our quality check team, credit will be issued to you, if any, less applicable fees mention herein.
7. Return Process at RichSteel Private Limited

Step 2: Share your complete Order details and Reasons of the Return.
Step 3: Ship the item back via UPS, FedEx, USPS or other carrier to the return address listed on the product or you can ask the address from our customer care.
Step 4: Provide us with the tracking number once the item has shipped from your end. You may call or email our customer service with this information.
Step 5: As soon as we receive the material back and our quality team ensures the faults, the warehouse will restock it and a refund will be issued.
